COVID-19 UPDATED MOXIE POLICIES

Thank you so much for your support, patience, and understanding since we reopened with changed protocols on May 1st. We ask that you take a look at our policies below and if you have been exposed to COVID, or if you are feeling sick or under the weather please give us a call to reschedule. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Covid-19 Salon Policies — PLEASE READ:
At this time, we ask that our guests wear a mask that loops behind your ears into the salon. If you don’t have a mask, we’ll have one here for you to take with you and use it at other local businesses. Masks are REQUIRED and we, unfortunately, do not see this changing anytime soon.
If you are unable to wear a mask, we will kindly ask you to leave. We will be more than happy to service you at a time we are no longer requiring masks! The health of our community and staff is our primary concern.
Upon your arrival at the salon, we will kindly ask each of our guests to visit the washroom to wash their hands before receiving a service.
We are currently not allowing any additional guests into the salon with you until further notice. While we love each and every one of you, this, unfortunately, means no kiddos, friends, or partners tagging along with you. If a child needs an adult to accompany them for a haircut, please let us know in advance so we can arrange our private room for you and your child. If you have special circumstances, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee to make everything happen, we will certainly try our best.
Our hair stylist’s stations and chairs have been separated either into a separate room or spread 6 feet apart from one another. All of our stylists and staff will be wearing masks, washing hands frequently, and as always, practicing proper and thorough sanitation.
In addition, we will not be offering beverages at this time. Please feel free to grab a coffee or beverage from one of our amazing neighbors downtown!
All of our magazines have been removed for the time being. Feel free to bring a book, listen to a podcast, or catch up with your stylist who has been missing you oh so much!
All of our sinks, surfaces, chairs, and tools will be disinfected between each client. Guests will be receiving freshly laundered capes and linens at the beginning of each service.
