We realize and understand that sometimes schedules have to be altered. We Kindly require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand without a 24 hour notice, our team misses opportunities as well as other guests of Moxie. Our appointment confirmations are sent 24 - 48 hours before your appointment to ensure enough time to adjust appointments if necessary. Because appointments are reserved especially for our guests, cancellation fees do apply. Cancellation fees do apply to guests that cancel within 24 hour notice or do not show up for their appointments completely. Moxie reserves the right to charge a credit or debit card on file for a ``no show`` and/or cancelling with 24 hours of the reservation.

A 50% charge of the reserved service will be charged to the client's card on file.
Service Refund and Redo Policy
We strive to guarantee your satisfaction with any service we perform. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask you reach out to us within 2 weeks of your service and we will get you in within a timely manner to make any alterations. Any refund is at the discretion of management after consulting with you. We do not offer refunds in the event of another salon or stylist outside of Moxie altering our work.
