CANCELLATION POLICY
At Moxie Hair & Body, we value both your time and ours. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. We understand that schedules may change, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in following our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or if you fail to show up ("no-show"), a cancellation fee of 50% of your appt may apply.
Moxie reserves the right to charge the credit or debit card on file for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Appointment Confirmations
We send appointment confirmations 24–48 hours in advance to allow ample time for adjustments if needed.
Please review your confirmation and notify us promptly if changes are necessary.
Cancellation Fees
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) and no-shows may result in a charge to the card on file.
The cancellation fee amount will be determined based on the scheduled service and appointment duration.
By booking an appointment at Moxie Hair & Body, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and consideration, as last-minute cancellations impact both our team and other guests who may have wanted that time slot.

SERVICE REFUND AND REDO POLICY
At Moxie Hair & Body, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every service we provide. If you are not completely happy with your service, we are committed to working with you to make it right.
Service Redo Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of your appointment.
We will schedule a redo service as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments.
Redo services are offered as a courtesy and must be performed by the original stylist or another Moxie professional.
Refund Policy
Refunds are at the discretion of management and will be considered only after a consultation to understand your concerns.
We do not offer refunds if a service has been altered or corrected by another salon or stylist outside of Moxie Hair & Body after your appointment with us.
Additional Terms
Services are non-transferable and cannot be refunded due to a change of preference after completion.
We recommend booking a consultation before major transformations to ensure clear expectations.
If you have any concerns about your service, we encourage open communication with your stylist before leaving the salon.
PRODUCT Return & Exchange Policy
At Moxie Hair & Body, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the following policy:
Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased directly from Moxie Hair & Body may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and are at least 50% unused.
We do not accept returns of Aveda products purchased from Aveda.com.
Any products purchased from aveda.com must be returned or exchanged through aveda.com
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or nearly empty products (less than 50% remaining).
Gift cards and promotional items.
Personal care items such as brushes, combs, or styling tools once used.
Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund if reported within 7 days of purchase.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
Visit Moxie Hair & Body with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
If returning an Aveda.com product, please provide your order confirmation or packing slip.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
